Automation Anywhere: the market awaits IPO news

Investors expect that Automation Anywhere will make its listing debut soon. The company’s entry into the market is one of the most anticipated in 2022.

Veligera Capital acquired Automation Anywhere shares in August 2021.

Automation Anywhere caught the attention of investors last year when the tech gurus with IPO experience hired to join the team.

In May, the company announced the appointment of James Budge as chief financial officer and Mike Micucci as chief operating officer.

I am very happy to welcome these world-class leaders. We are building market momentum and moving towards the next stage of development.”

Additionally, in September 2021, the company hired Ben Yerushalmi as Senior Vice President of the Global Alliances and Channels. Yerushalmi moved to Automation Anywhere from Salesforce where he has spent the last seven years. Previously, he was involved in similar activities at Oracle and Siebel.
